Tower Cloud’s carrier-grade network solutions are built for reliability, bandwidth and agility. Recent 3G and 4G wireless roll-out and widespread adoption of data services has elevated the urgency of network upgrade and expansion. Tower Cloud is meeting and exceeding carrier demands.
Tower Cloud’s fiber network leverages pure Ethernet IP/MPLS to ensure top operational performance and reliability. The company’s fiber optic rings connect cell sites directly to the customer’s mobile switching center (MSC) enabling end-to-end solutions.
Tower Cloud’s network also includes:
-
Robust reliability with 99.999% availability
-
Ethernet services are available to serve the customer’s emerging high-speed data needs (i.e. 3G and 4G)
-
Equipment capable of providing SONET based services including T1, DS3 and OCn
-
Hybrid Fiber and Microwave Architecture that incorporates licensed microwave technology to deliver reliability and a broad, cost efficient solution
-
Fiber-served cell sites that double as aggregation hubs for high capacity licensed microwave links that extend deeper in the market to wirelessly serve other cell sites
-
All sites include back-up power facilities; equipment is installed in secure structures
